To make this educational program a reality we have our kitchen, based on natural products and from the farmer's market. The food we use is local from providers that grow or distribute in Girona.
Specialized professional advice: our diets have the support from qualified external personnel that do the necessary monitoring and food control to guarantee our food appropriateness. We treat specific allergy or digestive disorders, as well as food disorders through a nutritionist.
